The boutique company is founded in Cape Town in 2012 by the owner, director and principal Stefanie Rohrbach. The practice has over 20 years of experience in 4 countries, 2 continents and 4 languages.

I carefully choose a handful of projects per annum to be able to give each client an excellent service. Time and energy shall be spent on an interesting task and good client relation.

My focus lies in listening carefully and understanding the clients requirements. In consulting it is about meticulously researching the facts and analysing the key factors. In designing it is by translating the understood into space, colour themes and lighting.

Conceptual work and strategic advisory is my real interest.

Consulting and strategically advise clients at the very beginning of each project, be it making an investment into property, finding the right house, understanding renovation requirements, filter the specific requirements, is where I have gathered huge experience being connected with specialist form different trades.

Consulting clients vary from private European clients investing into SA high end property as well as health institutions like Hirslanden/Mediclinic Int and private homeowners to have neighbouring building approvals checked at the building departments.

Since 2018 the company is appointed as consultant and architect of confidence for the Consulate General of Switzerland and the Consul General’s Residence in Cape Town.

Every client can rely on full discretion and loyalty during the process, which has been appreciated by all of my former high net worth individual clients from backgrounds like top banking, political-public as well as public persons from theatre and sports.

Stefanie Rohrbach was born in Switzerland, studied and graduated in 2001 at the Federal Institute of Technology Zurich (ETH) in Switzerland as Master of Science in Architecture Msc Arch ETH (dipl. Architect ETH) and currently lives in South Africa and travels to Switzerland, Germany and Italy to spend time in Europe.

The practice is a registered member of the South African Institute of Architects (SAIA), The Cape Institute for Architecture (CIfA) and the South African Council for the Architectural Profession (SACAP) as well as the Chamber of Architects in Switzerland (REG A). The company is PTY Ltd registered at CIPC 2012006262
